THE NEW LANSERHOF SYLT

The new Lanserhof Sylt has found its place between the dunes, on the Wadden Sea in the middle of List and yet far from the hustle and bustle – one of the few places on the island from which you can see the sea and the mudflats. This is one of the highest elevations on the island, with a fantastic panoramic view of the Lister harbor as well as the adjacent protected landscape area. The Lanserhof itself is located on this elevation of the property. On a floor space of 20,000 m², the building contains 55 rooms, including the treatment area and medicine with about 5,000 m².

Whoever arrives on the North Frisian island immediately feels this magical atmosphere. The wilderness of the rough seaside, the unpredictable wind and the endless expanse on the one hand, the idyll on the mudflat side, the lovely heath landscape and the perfect tranquility on the other. Nature is the measure of all things: dunes, sea, horizon, heath and sky.

A highlight of the new Lanserhof Sylt is the free-standing, circular staircase over five floors, which leads from the underground car park to the top floor of the impressive building. With a total height of approx. 14.3 metres and a width of two metres, it forms the atrium at the heart of the new health resort.
