Following surgery, a thoughtful and well-planned rehabilitation process is essential to promote healing and prevent long-term complications. For this reason, we recommend scheduling your stay at least 6 weeks to 3 months after surgery, once wound healing has significantly progressed. Premature mobilization can hinder recovery, particularly in the delicate spinal area.
